Customer Registration Procedure
1. Who can register as an online user member?
Any company, business entity or organization that is registered in Singapore can register as an online user member.

2. Do I need to pay registration fees?
Registration as an online user member is absolutely FREE.

3. Can I register as an online user member with if I do not have a company?
Regrettably, we do not accept personal registration or end-user member at this point of time. All registrations must be made as corporate account/member with a valid Registry of Companies and Businesses (RCB) number.

4. How do I become an online user member?
a) You can fill up the user online member registration form online and give yourself a preferred user ID and password. Or
b) Send us an email or fax with all the necessary information (your Company Name, RCB number, Contact details, Billing and Shipping address) to sales@comoffice.com or 6733-7456 respectively and we will process your registration accordingly. You will then receive your log in User ID and Password via email/mail. Or
c) If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone over the telephone, just pick up the telephone and dial our Sales Support Hotline 6737-8383, our friendly Sales Support Representative would be glad to assist you with all your enquiries.

Administration Help
1. What if I have lost/forgotten my Password or User ID?
You can contact our Sales Support Representative at 6737-8383 or email us at sales@comoffice.com if you have lost/forgotten your Password or User ID. Our Sales Support Representative will ask you for your particular to verify your identity so that your details are not wrongly given to imposter.

2. What if I want to make changes to my company's details?
You can make changes to your company's details as and when needed simply by logging onto www.ComOffice.com web site and go to the Member's Admin page.

Please note that you cannot change your log in User ID.

Purchase Procedure
1. How do I search for an item I want?
There are 3 ways in which you can search for an item on our web site.
a) You could use a keyword search on the Product Search Box and press "Go" button. All listing which bear the keyword(s) you typed will be listed on the search result page. Or

b) You could use the Advanced Search function.
 
Step 1: Click on "Advanced Search" and you will be directed to the advanced search page.
Step 2: Pull down the menu bar on "Product Category" to choose the desired Product Category.
(e.g. Writing Instrument for pen, pencil, marker and highlighter).
Note: You could press the "Submit" button without choosing the "Product Type" if you want to see the full listing of that particular "Product Category".
Step 3: Pull down the menu bar on "Product Type" to choose the desired Product Type.
(e.g. Pen or Highlighter) Note: You could also press the "Submit" button after choosing the "Product Type" if you want to see all the Brands under that particular product category and type.
Step 4: Pull down the menu bar on "Product Brand" to choose the desired Product Brand.
(e.g. Pilot or Pentel) Or
c) You could use the "Product Categories" pull down menu to choose the product type you want to see.

2. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email receipt stating the item(s) you ordered, amount owing and the expected delivery schedule.

3. How do I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive a confirmation email stating the expected delivery time. In the event that you require an urgent delivery or special delivery instruction, please specify in the "Special Remarks" column or contact our Sales Support Representative at 6737-8383.

4. What do I do if I cannot find the item(s) I want?
Should you have any problem searching for the item(s) you need, please contact our Sales Support Representative at 6737-8383.

Repeats Order
1. How do I make repeats order?
The "Purchase History" shows the previous purchase(s) you have made at www.ComOffice.com. The purpose of the "Purchase History" is to help you save time when you make regular repeat purchases at www.ComOffice.com. Please contact our Sales Support Representative at 6737-8383 for more information.

2. Can I delete item(s) or add new item(s) or amend the quantity for my repeats order?
Yes, you can delete item(s) or add new item(s) or amend the quantity on the repeats order.

3. Can I print a hardcopy of the order I made at www.ComOffice.com?
Yes, you may print your order(s) submitted to www.ComOffice.com using the Print option.

2. Can I pay cash/cheque to the deliveryman when the goods are delivered to me?

1. How do I know when there is a promotion?
As a registered online user member, you will be amongst the first to hear from us on Promotion/New Product Launch and news of ComOffice Pte Ltd. Our Sales Support Team will promptly update all online user members on any promotion or new product arrival via email/mail/fax/telephone.

2. How do I know whether I am entitled to the promotion price?
As a registered online user member, you will automatically be entitled to our promotion price (if any) when you submit your order(s) via the Internet.
