Membership
Call us on 737 8383 or fill up the application form in our webpage and submit through the internet. You can also print out the application form and fax it to us. If your application is approved, a membership number and password will be allocated to you. Only one membership number and password will be allocated to each application and membership number and password can only be use when placing orders through the internet.

You will be responsible for the security of your password and shall indemnify us against wrongful use of the password.

Ordering Goods
You can submit a provisional order through the internet.

If you place your provisional order during office hours, we will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to verify your order. Once your order is verified, you will be given a sales confirmation by either fax or e-mail.

If your order is placed after office hours, we will contact you on the next working day to verify your order. Once your order has been verified, you will be given a sales confirmation by either fax or e-mail.

If you do not receive a verification call within 24 hours, please contact us. Provisional orders will not be delivered unless verified and confirmed.

Internet Delivery Information
Delivery is free for all internet orders to any location within our delivery zones. For details of our delivery zones and times, please see our delivery schedule. Please note that we will only deliver after verification and confirmation of your order.

Delivery Logic
We provide FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE to offices in Singapore, when you place your order(s) before 11am. Order(s) received after 11am but before 4.30pm (except Saturday) will be delivered the following business day*.
* Following business day delivery does not apply to locations in the West, East and North areas. Please refer to our Delivery Schedule for more information.

For urgent delivery or delivery to area not listed above, please contact our Customer Support and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

ComOffice does not offer Free Next Business Day Delivery outside of its local trade areas.

Please contact our sales staff at 737 8383 if you need supplies delivered outside of scheduled delivery times or zones.

Credit & Payment
We give 30 days credit on all confirmed internet orders. We will give you a delivery order and an original invoice when we deliver your order.

Payments should be made by cross cheque payable to "ComOffice Pte Ltd" within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Returns
Customers are advised to check the goods immediately upon delivery.

We will, at our discretion, either replace or refund the price of products that do not meet your satisfaction. To be eligible for this "replace or refund", you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the goods in their original packaging.

While we will endeavour to meet all deliveries, neither we, our employees, or agents and independent contractors shall be liable or in any way be responsible for any delivery which does not conform to the order; late delivery or failure to deliver the goods ordered.

In the event of any discrepancy, we shall refund or collect the difference in cash to or from the customer accordingly upon delivery of goods.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will our liability to you, whether from the use of our web-site or from the sale of goods or any other reason whatsoever, exceed the value of the goods stated in our sales confirmation.

Privacy
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information that you provide us is accorded with the same care as our own confidential information.

Change of Terms and Conditions
The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Changes will be posted on our web-site and will come into effect on the day that they are posted.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All transactions between you and us and your use of our web-site are governed by Singapore law. By entering into this web-site you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
